Thema supplies 47 ethnic TV channels to Virgin

Thema has signed an agreement with Virgin France’s IPTV service for the distribution of 47 channels addressing the main foreign communities from Arabic countries, Africa, Germany, Comoros islands, Turkey, Russia and Greece.
The 47 channels are made up of the following packages. Le Bouquet Africain – Basique, retailing at €6.90/month consisting of nine channels from the major French-Speaking African national broadcasters.
Le Bouquet Africain – Premium (€9.90/month) consisting of 15 channels from Le Bouquet Africain Basique plus an additional six private TV channels.
The Digiturk package (€23.90/month) with all Turkish Premiere Football League games, wide range of movies and entertainment show from the channels LigTV, TurkMax, ShowTurk and IzTV, PowerTurk, SkyTurk.
A total of three Arabic packages: Arabesque (€9.90/month), with four channels: Hikayat, Hikayat Zaman, Iqraa TV and MBC; Arabesque premium (14.90€/month), the Arabesque package plus Aflam 1, Aflam 2, and ART Cinéma. The Rotana package (€9,90/month), with six channels: Rotana Cinema, Rotana Clip, Rotana Khalijiya, Rotana Zaman, Rotana Musica and Al Resalah.
A Russian Package (€7.90/month), consisting of four channels: Channel 1 Russia, Dom Kino, Muzica Pervoyo, Vremya.
Le Bouquet Allemand (€8.90/month), six privates channels gives the best of information, entertainment, youth and music from Germany: RTL, ProSieben, Sat 1, n-tv, Super RTL, KidsCo.
Finally, two stand-alone channels: The ORTC, (€6.90/month), public broadcaster of Comoros islands and Antenna 1 (€4,90/ month), the international version of the leading Greek private TV channel.
Virgin also distributes music channel C Music TV and Fashion TV, both part of Thema’s portfolio.
