Private-equity investor Mid Europa Partners is looking for PLN2.5bn (€630m) for the possible sale of Polish cable operator Aster, according to local reports.
Mid Europa has reportedly invited 22 potential investors to make offers for the operators, including seven trade buyers and 15 private-equity funds. Possible buyers are said to include service providers UPC Poland, Vectra, Multimedia Polska, PTC and Netia, and financial investors Advent and EQT.
