install original image to multiboot without user intervention to convert to sim2 image
modified from original MeoBoot for sim2 boxes(thanks for meo)
-used only with dm800se and oe2.0 images only
features added:
-install and convert original image to multiboot device(no need to add patched enigma or tmp check removal patch,all needed files will be taken from flash image)
-download changed to more images background download and install original image to multiboot directly
-do not use openpli or openpli based images in flash or in multiboot device(openaaf,openpli,sifteam,satdreamgr,italysat ...)
