for the language if you want to created a language file
Edit the file in langue directory of the NWemu path with Notepad for example, and translate what is after the '='
and change the
(SourceLANGID=.....) and (LANGID=.......)
with the correct ID of your language
i pute some ID of some language in the (LANGID and Source) file in langue directory of the nwemu path
