ProfMedia restructures TV assets

The Russian holding company ProfMedia is combining all its TV interests into one group.
According to Kommersant, the channels TV3 and MTV and holding ProfMedia TV will now form part of a single structure and be headed by Nikolai Kartozya, formerly a director at NTV.
ProfMedia’s interests extend into radio, film production and distribution, theatrical film distribution, magazine publishing and several internet brands.
It is owned by Interros, one of Russia’s largest private investment groups.
