TVN to boost pre-pay DTH service

The Polish pre-pay DTH platform Telewizja na Karte (TNK), which is operated by the national commercial broadcaster TVN, will add a new package to its offer on October 20.
According to Satkurier, it will consist of six channels – TVN, TVN 7, TVP1, TVP2, religia.tv and TVN HD – and be placed in the TNK HD offer for no additional fee.
TNK HD currently consists of 35 channels, 12 of which are in HD, in two packages named Domowy (Home) HD and Domowy HD Premium, each costing PLN19.90 (€5.05) a month to receive.
The TNK HD service was introduced in the second half of May. As of the end of July, 6,700 cards had already been sold and activated.
