So I once programmed a small layout manager, so Her moves on the window further, each picture element in the window change and adapt
the size of the window automatically.
I have ever implemented by the example of "host-manager" & "Trace Monitor" and other masks.
Bug fixes:
* The program should no longer crash after a scheduled recording.
* Fix deadlock on the Web - IF client.
* GUI fixes, so now radio / check buttons and other re-drawn correctly,
when it is scrolled in a formview.
* For XP was not drawn to the more fixed screens.
New features:

* Compiled with Intel IPP UMC 7.0.5.059 (of course, had to re-fix old bugs).
* The transcoder lüppt faster now, at least by a factor of two, but mostly un factor of 4 or higher
Example: 14 MB MP3 file converted (high Priotität) to MP4 AAC now takes less than 3 seconds !!!!!!!!!!
