Russian channel for Soyuz Orthodox TV expanded coverage of households that receive satellite signals from satellites located on Hot Bird 13E orbital position. Capacity and infrastructure, the issue provides the operator Israeli RRSat. Soyuz-TV is distributed free of charge.
